Philthy Phonographic Records is proud to present
a second pressing of
Ralph Steadman's "The Man Who Woke Up In The Dark"
b/w "Striped Paint" release.
Random colored (Limited to 100) vinyl 7 inches made at Gotta Groove Records in Cleveland, OH.
SOLD OUT
______________ Liquid Filled (Limited to 25) 12 inch, one-sided lathe. Each cover is one-of-a-kind, hand-inked and signed by Ralph Steadman. No two are alike. An exclusive red wisp 7 inch is included. Please note that this is a lathe cut record. It is made one-at-a-time, in real time, by a person using an experimental process on 70+ year old machines. The process is unique and has a rich history (Google it!). This copy is cut on plexiglass. It is not a pressed record and therefore may have 1) more surface noise, 2) light distortion, 3) some changes in volume and overall audio quality, and 4) issues with tracking and skating. This is NOT a record for audiophiles. This is a record for collectors. It is meant to be a fun project. All records are sold as it. This is a limited-edition piece of artwork. The cover alone is worth the price tag. Art button (Limited to 50) 1-inch buttons. This is the same original Ralph Steadman splatter art used in both the first and second Wax Mage pressings. Each button is unique. They look really cool. |
