The Wax Mage edition is limited to 25 numbered copies and comes with a offset printed dust jacket, letterpress bookmark, custom Wax Mage record and a book personally signed by Ralph Steadman. $250 plus shipping.
The hand poured edition (also created by Heath of Wax Mage) is limited to 100 copies of various colors, stamped by the Ralph Steadman estate, and includes a letterpress bookmark. One random copy will come with a dust jacket and signed book. $50 plus shipping.
The test pressing edition is on black vinyl. It is limited to 25 copies and created by Philthy Phil using leftover dust jackets. No two are alike. It includes two letterpress bookmarks, two A-side center labels, two B-side center labels and a page from the book. One random copy will come with a signed title page as an insert. $75 plus shipping.
